Because August Reserve items are handmade and many are one of a kind, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted for non-defective products.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from its description, please contact August Reserve so we can make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving your order and include your order number and photos of any damage or defect.

Honey and other food products are not eligible for return.
